Order processing times
Orders for artwork on paper will be processed (wrapped for courier) within three working days. Orders for artwork on wood, canvas or other solid substrates will be processed within five working days.
Domestic and international shipping options
Shipping is available both domestically in New Zealand and internationally.
All deliveries will have a courier tracking number. Please provide the physical address for delivery and a mobile number for the courier.
You must advise us of any special instructions for a courier to find your property and deliver the package safely, including if you require a signature for the delivery and by whom.
Shipping costs are based on the weight and dimensions of the package once wrapped.
We will endeavour to have artworks arrive within 7-10 days after processing domestically in New Zealand and 2-3 weeks after processing internationally. However, shipping delays due to the provider are not our responsibility. We will communicate in good faith regarding any delays due to shipping to your country from New Zealand.

Returns, Change & Cancellations
We want and expect that you will be happy with your artwork upon receiving and viewing it in person. Most collectors comment that they look better in person. Our artwork is crafted with love and skill.
If, in the unlikely event that you are unhappy, queries will be dealt with individually, in good faith, considering the specific circumstances and after appropriate communication between us both.
However, please only send the artwork back to us after you have discussed the issue with us. If we agree that artwork can be returned, the shipping cost will be the purchaser's responsibility except when the materials are faulty and if we agree to cover the return shipping costs.
We are unable to refund returned artwork that the purchaser has damaged. However, we have assisted a collector previously by repairing work to the best of our ability. Please reach out to us if you would like to consider this option.
If the work is damaged in transit, please notify us on receipt. We request that you check the goods immediately upon receipt, and if there is an issue, please let us know immediately.
We want you to be happy with your artwork.
Pickup
If you choose the 'pickup' option, we will contact you with the full physical address for pick up in Onehunga, Auckland, New Zealand. Timing will need to be at a mutually agreed time and weekday.

International Shipping Costs
Costs to ship internationally include the handling, packaging, and couriering of the artwork to your home nation. It does not include any duty or taxes that may be incurred in your country of receipt. These are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Shipping costs will need to be arranged upon purchase.
